TEDx Talks

Speaking on topics that are relevant to broad and inclusive audiences is a priority and aspiration. The opportunity for me to be a TEDX speaker on two separate occasions was met with big concepts and important topics we can all identify with.

In 2024, at TEDx Sonoma County, in a talk since chosen as a TEDx Editor’s Choice entitled “Making Friends as an Adult”, we dove into how we think about friendship formation and why it is so important, then created a pathway to help us make new friends.

In 2021 at TEDx SUNY Upstate in a talk entitled “Compliments as a Performance Lever During Covid-19” I spoke about the importance and value of compliments as an authentic way to help us bring out the best in one another.
